“Venetian” Plaster WD-AC-601 by Kraski Breez is a ready-to-use, high-strength, weather-resistant, water-based acrylic structural plaster, formulated with micronized marble filler to authentically replicate the depth, luster, and veining of polished natural stone—including marble, travertine, and onyx.

Substrate Requirements

Apply to properly prepared mineral surfaces:

• Concrete | Concrete blocks | Brick masonry
• Cement render & plasters
• Gypsum | Gypsum board | Gypsum panels

Surface must be:

• Uniform
• Smooth and leveled
• Dry
• Dust-free

Preparation:

1. Remove loose or weak layers
2. Repair defects with plaster or spackling
3. Sand with fine-grit paper (P180–P220)
4. Vacuum or brush thoroughly

Required surface quality: Category Q3 (DIN 18364)—essential for achieving smooth, high-gloss Venetian finishes.

   • Layers: 1
2. Primer-Paint – WD-AC-115
   
   • Purpose: Uniform base tone & improved bonding
   • Coverage: 0.15–0.3 kg/m²
3. Venetian Plaster WD-AC-601
   
   • Coverage: 0.2–0.8 kg/m²
     Depending on:
     • Number of layers (typically 2–4)
     • Technique (glazing, stippling, burnishing)
     • Base used (“A” or “C”)
   • Application: Apply in thin, translucent layers; finish with steel trowel burnishing to activate gloss and seal the surface
4. Protective Topcoat
   
   • Hydrophobizing Varnish WD-AC-610 or wax
   • Coverage: 0.04–0.1 kg/m²
   • Mandatory for durability, water resistance, and enhanced depth

Maintenance

After full curing (72 hours with topcoat):

• Clean with damp microfiber cloth and neutral pH cleaners

Avoid:

• Acidic (e.g., vinegar, citric acid) or alkaline cleaners
• Abrasive sponges or powders
• Solvents

These may etch the surface, dull the polish, or damage the protective layer.

Shelf Life 12 months from production date when stored in original, sealed packaging at +5°C to +25°C in dry conditions.
