Payment
After placing an order on the online store website during business hours, a manager will contact you to confirm the order. Please note the online store's operating hours: orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next day.
Payment terms vary depending on the delivery method selected. We offer three payment options:
- Cash payment is available for pickup and courier delivery. The buyer signs the necessary documents for goods collection, pays for the purchase, and receives a receipt.
- Card payment is available for online orders, pickup, and courier delivery. We accept MIR, Visa, and MasterCard cards. Online payments are processed through a secure online server, or you may use a bank terminal.
- Bank transfer.
Delivery
We offer the following delivery options:
- CDEK courier service within the Russian Federation and neighboring countries, Monday through Friday during business hours local time. The courier service will deliver your order to the nearest CDEK pickup point or to your specified address with door-to-door delivery when initially placing your order. You can track your shipment on the CDEK website using your order tracking number. Our specially prepared individual packaging in a foam insert and corrugated cardboard box guarantees damage-free delivery.
- Transport company. For large orders to another city or region, the buyer may use the services of any transport company, coordinated with us by phone or any other communication method.

Exchange and Return
Dear customers, please be careful when purchasing paint and varnish products! Please note that, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, paint and varnish products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
Paint and varnish products are classified as household chemicals and, according to the List of non-food products of proper quality not subject to exchange, cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of different size, shape, dimensions, style, color, or configuration. (Clause 7 of the LIST OF NON-FOOD PRODUCTS OF PROPER QUALITY NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE, approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2020 No. 2463).
If for any reason you decide to refuse the purchased product, then in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 (for legal entities – according to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), product return is possible subject to the following conditions:
Return of products of proper quality.
The customer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before its receipt, and after receiving the Product – within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of purchase.
Return of a Product of proper quality is possible if its commercial appearance, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved.
The customer does not have the right to refuse a Product that has individually determined properties if the specified Product can be used exclusively by the purchasing customer.
Upon the Customer's refusal of a Product of proper quality, the Seller must return the amount of money paid by the consumer under the agreement, excluding the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned product from the consumer, no later than 10 days from the date the consumer presents the corresponding request.
Return of products of improper quality
A product of improper quality is understood as a product unable to ensure its functional qualities due to a significant defect (with the presence of defects/bride).
A buyer who has been sold a product of improper quality, if this was not stipulated by the seller, has the right, at their discretion, to make any of the following demands:
- replacement for a product of the same brand (model, article) or for the same product of a different brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
- proportionate reduction of the purchase price;
- free elimination of product defects or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
- the right to refuse to fulfill the agreement and demand a refund of the amount paid for the product.
When returning a technically complex product of improper quality (the list of such products is approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 10.11.2011 No. 924 "On approval of the list of technically complex products"), the Buyer has the right to demand:
- replacement for a product of the same brand (model, article) or for the same product of a different brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
- refusal to fulfill the agreement and demand a refund of the amount paid for the product.
All the above-listed requirements for returning a product of improper quality may be submitted within the following timeframes:
- If a warranty period is established for the product – throughout the entire warranty period;
- If no warranty period is established for the product – within a reasonable period, but no more than 2 years.
The online store reserves the right to refuse exchange or return of a product if it considers that the identified significant defect resulted from improper operation of the product.
In case of disagreements regarding quality or causes of defects, the online store has the right to conduct an independent expert examination at its own expense. The Buyer may participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If the examination establishes that the product defects occurred due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the online store for the cost of the examination, as well as related expenses for transportation and storage of the product.
