Decorative Plaster "Lime Travertine" (WD-AC-569)
— Part of the "Travertine" product line by Kraski Breez
— Designed exclusively for interior use (not suitable for exterior applications)
— Formulated on a lime base, distinguishing it from the acrylic-based variants in the same series
Description & Key Features
Visually and texturally similar to other "Travertine" finishes, "Lime Travertine" stands out due to its mineral lime binder, which delivers:
- A more authentic, stone-like appearance, closely mimicking natural travertine
- No surface film formation upon drying—color develops within the material, resulting in a naturally uneven, organic tone
- Excellent absorption of glazes and washes, enabling rich, layered color effects after application
- Lighter weight compared to acrylic alternatives at equivalent volumes
- Softer mechanical strength, making it less durable in high-traffic areas
- Not suitable for polishing
Recommended Textures
- “World Map”
- “Horizontal Travertine”
- Concrete-inspired finishes
- Custom handcrafted (al fresco-style) artistic textures
Application Technology
- After creating the desired texture, compact the surface before initial drying begins
- Not intended for thick-layer application—this limits achievable relief depth
- Extended working time during application allows for more detailed modeling, especially on textured surfaces
- Recommended application: 2 thin layers
Performance Characteristics
✔ Eco-friendly
✔ Highly vapor-permeable
✔ Odor-resistant
