Topcoat Varnish WD-AC-610 is an elastic, breathable, water-dispersion finish designed for the final protection and aesthetic enhancement of textured decorative coatings in both interiors and exteriors.
It creates a silky, tactilely pleasant film with a Soft-Feel effect—elevating the texture and chromatic depth of the underlying layer while delivering robust performance.
Available in two refined finishes:
- Matte – for a soft, non-reflective, velvety surface
- Satin – for a gentle sheen that highlights relief and dimension
Ideal for projects where natural aesthetics, tactile comfort, and long-term durability must coexist—without the artificial “plastic” look of conventional lacquers.

Substrate Requirements
Apply only to fully dry, clean, and properly prepared surfaces, including:
- Concrete
- Brick masonry
- Cement-based plasters
- Gypsum and gypsum board
Surface preparation:
- Remove dust, grease, and loose particles
- Fill defects with suitable spackling compound
- Sand smooth with fine-grit sandpaper (P180–P220)
- Thoroughly dust with a soft brush or vacuum
Coverage & Application
- Consumption: 0.1–0.15 kg/m²
Depends on:- Surface porosity and texture
- Number of coats (typically 1–2)
- Application method:
- Apply in thin, even layers using a soft brush, roller, or spray equipment
- Avoid thick application to prevent runs or uneven sheen
Maintenance
After full curing (24–48 hours):
- Clean with damp cloth and neutral pH household cleaners
Do not use:
- Acidic cleaners (e.g., vinegar, citric acid)
- Alkaline or caustic agents (e.g., bleach, ammonia)
- Abrasive or aggressive detergents
These may damage the protective film or cause discoloration.
Shelf Life 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the original, tightly sealed container at +5°C to +25°C in a dry environment.
